Our client is a specialist corporate finance firm with a global presence, their London office based in the heart of the West End. This is a unique and varied opportunity which will offer you the opportunity to work in a close 1:1 capacity with the CEO, whilst also wearing many other hats across the business including Office Management, Operations, Marketing/HR/Finance. If you genuinely enjoy being in the driving seat managing office operations of a close-knit office, this could be the role for you! You will have the opportunity to work from home two days per week, core hours are 9:00 – 6:00, Monday to Friday. WHAT YOU WILL DOThis is a truly all-encompassing role with plenty of scope to get involved! You will take on lots of responsibility with a proactive and adaptable approach. As the Executive Assistant & Office Manager in an office of 8, your core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Collaborating 1:1 with the CEO of the firm and providing comprehensive EA support in the form of diary management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, expense management.Supporting with team administration including managing the team calendar and inbox, responding to any incoming business enquiries, setting up meetings, and coordinating travel.Office Management including maintaining key relationships with suppliers, contractors, landlords, vendor, managing office equipment and supplies, ensuring Health & Safety compliance, event organisation, record management and CRM management.Overseeing HR duties including onboarding/offboarding, checking right to work requirements, managing the HR system, approving holiday requests, performance reviews.Finance administration involving processing expenses and invoices; working closely with the external bookkeeper where necessary.Marketing administration including coordinating event organisation, producing reports, drafting social media updates, and website management.
WHO YOU AREWe are seeking someone who is naturally efficient, organised, and genuinely excited about getting involved in many facets of a prestigious business. The successful candidate will need:

3+ years’ experience as an EA / Office Manager, ideally from within a similarly corporate, professional environment.The ability to manage multiple responsibilities at one time and work to competing deadlines.Experience working with C Suite executives and strong communication skills.Strong IT knowledge, with a good understanding of Microsoft Office and CRM databases.Hands-on attitude and a natural thirst for new opportunities to learn.
