The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, reliable, and organised Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day flow of a busy, high-spec warehouse. You’ll take pride in keeping everything running smoothly — from artwork and antiques to designer furniture and bespoke crates.
What You’ll Be Doing- Oversee daily warehouse operations and storage management
- Manage incoming/outgoing shipments with accuracy and care
- Supervise the safe handling of high-value, fragile items
- Lead and support junior warehouse staff and casual crew
- Coordinate closely with ops and transport teams
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, compliance, and upkeep
- Keep accurate records of stock movements and condition checks
- Occasionally assist with local deliveries and collections
- Solid warehouse/operations experience (removals, interiors, or fine art is ideal)
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Comfortable with wrapping, storage, and manual handling
- Confident using job management or inventory software
- Full UK driving licence (Luton/van experience a plus)
- Forklift licence? Great — but not essentia
