About Our Client

Our client is a reputable, large organisation within the Property and construction industry. Located in Leicester, they are renowned for their exceptional standards and commitment to excellence, while providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.

• Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts.
• Financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Assigning cash to invoices and invoices to sales orders
• Monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for potential improvement.
• Ensuring compliance and providing internal audits
• Producing monthly management information board pack
• Presenting to senior stakeholders and consulting with them
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to support financial decision-making.
• Providing insightful information and expectations to senior managers to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
• Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives.
• Attend monthly meetings down South (transport provided)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Ideally studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification as a minimum
• Be strong using Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have confident and charisma
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

• A salary in the range of £36,000 - £40,000
• Free parking on site.
