Qualifications- RGN qualification with a valid and current registration with the NMC
- Prior experience in a nursing home or care home setting

- Provide nursing care and support to residents in accordance with their care plans and individual needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record resident's conditions and promptly report any changes to the relevant team members
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for residents
- Supervise and support care assistants in delivering person-centred care to residents
