Learning Management System1.Train super-users across the organisation to use the LMS functionality.2.Take overall responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and quality of the data held in the LMS3.Implement processes to automate import/upload and export of data to/from the LMS4.Support the Head of Talent and Development in managing the LMS contract5.Work with Workforce teams to conduct regular audits of the data held in the system6.Work with Workforce Information Team to develop a data warehouse solution for integrating and reporting on a range of workforce data sets, including training7.Work with Workforce Intelligence team to ensure that changes in ESR data sets are reflected in the LMS People Management 1.Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the learning and development team, including regularly reviewing work performance, attendance and conducting annual appraisals and development reviews.2.Manage staff within the team, providing them with information, direction, guidance and support necessary to enable them to undertake their responsibilities and duties.3.Recruit and select new staff to the team to maintain full establishment, following Trust policy and procedures.4.Co-ordinate the local induction and training of new staff joining the team, in accordance with Trust policy and procedures.
