Finance Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role to continue developing in a supportive environment.

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance in all financial transactions
• Manage and mentor the finance team
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts
• Assist with the delivery of statutory reporting, including the preparation of annual statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Ensure the provision of quarterly VAT returns and compliance with applicable tax regulations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and internal controls
• Ensure all intercompany posting and recharges are posted and reconciled
• Oversee Credit Control

What they're looking for:

• Accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Be highly proficient in financial systems management. Workday experience would be desirable
• Have strong communication and leadership skills
