Legal PA - Step up from Junior PA

Prestigious UK law firm is hiring a new Legal PA to join the growing Corporate and Technology team on a permanent basis – this is a perfect opportunity for an existing Junior Legal PA looking to step up into a Partner allocated role, in addition to providing first-class support to the Lawyers in the team.

Up to £35,000

Stunning City office location

Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 remotely

Key Duties for the 2^nd Jobber Legal PA include:

• Arranging meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments, check rooms prior to meeting etc. and liaise with other attendees, both internal and external
• Undertake large and small copying requests and bind and finish copied work as appropriate
• Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, attachments etc. from a variety of sources, in house style and in line with the firm's specific systems/procedures
• Producing and amending PowerPoint presentations, organisational charts, mail merges, Excel spreadsheets and graphs
• Proofreading and checking documents to ensure they are correct, in line with house style
• Undertake all file closing procedures and process archive retrieval requests
• Maintain all filing and work areas in a tidy and orderly manner
• Assisting with the Billing and Credit Control process
• Communicate and liaise with Lawyers and Legal Assistants on file management issues

Key Requirement for the 2^nd Jobber Legal PA include:

• Previous Legal Administration / Junior Legal PA experience within a law firm
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong Typing skills
• Excellent Communication and organisational skills.
