The candidate will work under the general direction of the Facilities Manager to ensure the school premise’s meet the defined standards and qualities essential for a hygienic, healthy and safe school and community environment.

This is a very exciting opportunity for individuals who would relish the chance to joinAs part of this role, you will;Carry out maintenance and/or cleaning routine maintenance tasks as set out in the school’s work schedules to the standards determined by the Facilities Manager and co-operate with any reasonable request for changes to daily work routines.To assist the smooth running of the school.Undertake repairs and remedial work.Oversee the work of external contractors as required to ensure compliance with The Trust Health & Safety policies.What you will need to succeed;Experience of caretaking or premises management, building cleaning or building management would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.Ability to undertake appropriate administration in relation to materials, maintenance and inspection of systemsTo work in a way that promotes the safety and well-being of children and young people.Maintenance and repairs experience is a must.We are a flexible employer and will do our best to accommodate all types of working, so please do apply.
