- Our client is 12 years old, living with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and is PEG fed for her nutrition
- Our client has a good sense of humour, and would like someone fun, bubbly and passionate to support her at home and out into the community
- Our client enjoys play, music and sensory activities and would like her SW to support her with these activities
Successful Applicant:
- This role requires someone physically active with lots of energy
- Previous experience working with children with complex conditions
- Ideally PEG trained and manual handling experience
- Ideally an awareness of child development
