About Them: We are working with several secondary schools in the Huddersfield area which have thriving and dynamic environments. The schools have high standards and amazing facilities for their students and staff. We are seeking passionate and dedicated English Teachers support.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students to achieve their best.
The Role: We are seeking passionate and dedicated English Teachers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for literature and language, and supporting students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging English lessons.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
- Support the school's ethos and values.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Enhanced DBS
- A degree in English or a related subject.
- Experience teaching English at secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
