Are you a passionate nurse registered deputy manager looking for a new role? I am recruiting a Deputy Nursing Home Manager on behalf of a leading care provider to join their nursing home near to Chelmsford. You will be joining a friendly team of nurses who are also passionate about delivering high quality care to all residents.
As a Nurse Registered Deputy Manager, you are responsible for:
- Overseeing the delivery of high quality clinical care
- Medication management
- Provide staff management, support and development
- Provide leadership for the nursing team
- Work alongside the home manager to assist in the day to day running of the home
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the residents and their families
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other health care professionals
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Must be nurse registered with active pin
- Up to date clinical skills and experience
- Managerial / leadership skills
- Experience working with the elderly
- CQC knowledge
