At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work with an important company in the Stafford area. This client is a leader in their field, providing consistent and ongoing work for reliable candidates.
Shift Patterns:
- Monday to Friday
- Week 1: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Week 2: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- One in six Saturdays will be required.
Pay Rates:
- Earn up to £11.44 per hour
As a Warehouse Operative, you will need to have:
- Own transport (due to the site's lack of public transport access)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet target-based KPIs
Role of a Warehouse Operative:
- Accurately pick and pack items according to order specifications
- Meet daily targets and maintain high standards of work
- Opportunity to train and gain certifications in LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) and MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
