Nexus Care Services Sutton Coldfield Part-time
Nexus is now recruiting for a Client Service & Employee Support Manager.
The hours are 10am - 3pm Monday - Friday and is field based.
The role will be responsible for supporting our employees welfare and client service satisfaction and therefore why the role is out in the field.
The post holder will report directly to senior management and be responsible for monitoring the quality of client service and support for our carers.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a desire to achieve high standards of service and a commitment to the well being of our clients and staff.
Requirements
To have a UK driving licence and have a car
