For more information on the Job Description and Responsibilities please click the link below. More detail about the role We are seeing a highly motived and enthusiastic Senior Manager to lead the new RRDN regional participation and inclusion workstream.
The role requires significant skills in stakeholder and public engagement with a strong understanding of underserved communities access to research and health and care. Central to the success of the role is the ability to engage, build trust and work across community based and public-led organisations and a variety of health and care partners, other NIHR infrastructure and our regional universities.
Facilitation and co-production skills will be required to deliver an high performing service that meets the needs of the communities that we serve. There will be opportunities to work regionally and nationally as part of single RDN and across the workstreams within the RRDN to ensure that equality, diversity and inclusion is embedded as part of the overall regional and national delivery.

The role can be contractual based in one of the following bases - Truro, Plymouth, Exeter or Taunton, with regular travel to local and regional offices required.
