Our client is one of the UK's fastest growing tech firms with very trendy offices beside Victoria.
Due to expansion they are recruiting for a part-time Receptionist to work Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays, alongside the Office manager.
Duties will include:
Assisting OM with ad hoc tasks
Meet and greet guests
Meeting room calendar management
Manage the reception area - ensuring tidy and presentable at all times
Basic administrative duties
Serve as a point of contact (informing stakeholders when guests have arrived etc)
Maintaining an approachable and positive demeanour at all times
This is an extremely busy role working across the business and will offer lots of variety. You should be used to working for a firm of at least 150 employees and with a very fast paced environment. Please note that the days of work are not flexible.
Salary is dependent on experience.
