About the role:
We are currently seeking to appoint a talented and inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join our fantastic team of driven, caring and brilliant staff. The school is close to the centre of the city and provides high quality education for 70 pupils with ASC.This is an amazing opportunity to be part of our ongoing efforts to prepare our students for life in modern Britain.
This key role within our Senior Leadership Team involves working closely with the Headteacher and is an excellent opportunity for someone with passion, dedication, and a vision for excellence to collaborate with the Headteacher and other leaders to make a significant impact on our school and its students.You will lead by example, inspire and develop others, and build on our many successes while driving school improvement forward.
If you are an expert in building strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff, and have a good track record in aspirational and inspirational leadership, you are the right candidate for this incredible opportunity. Experience in starting and opening an independent school would be highly beneficial as the school has plans to grow and develop in the future.

Arc Oakbridge School, part of Kedleston Group Limited, is an independent specialist day school in Birmingham for 70 children and young people aged between the ages of 7 and 17 and who have Autism (ASC) and other associated needs.
