Actual Salary: £22,350 to £22,766Actual hours of work: 8am-4pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-3.30pm Friday
This is an exciting and challenging role as part of our Behaviour Support Team and the successful applicant will have patience, a sense of humour and an ability to relate positively to young people; all of whom will need particular help to overcome barriers to learning.You will join a dedicated team, providing behaviour support to pupils, challenging and motivating pupils and promoting their self-esteem.
The Behaviour Support Team work with pupils who are finding it difficult to meet our behaviour expectations via mentoring, interventions and classroom support, ensuring they have every opportunity to be successful. The team also runs our Time Away from School Community (TASC) room and respond to incidents during the school day.As part of this team, you would be undertaking all of these activities as part of a planned rota.
