Job Description
The successful Team Leader will have the following responsibilities;- Oversee daily operations of the team (8-14 full time employees)
- Coach team members, provide ongoing support and mentoring.
- Formulate and drive strategies to elevate service quality.
- Manage cash transactions and handle accounting duties.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Provide flexibility in taking on ad-hoc duties when required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective risk management and financial reporting.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Team Leader should have/be able to;- Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements.
- Be discrete when handling sensitive financial information.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- General knowledge of financial procedures.
- Proficiency in using data software and Excel.
