Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Skelmersdale, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support their dynamic training team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organisational skills, we want to hear from you.
Position Detail
Duration: Immediate start ongoing role, could lead to a Permanent roleHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday , 8.30-5, Friday 8.30-3.30
Location: Skelmersdale (with potential for hybrid working after training)
Hybrid working: 2-3 days in office
Pay: £14.37 per hour
What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the training team's effectiveness by managing various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- - Supporting the training team in all aspects of administration
- Handling bookings and managing customer queries
- Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring smooth communication within the team and with external stakeholders
- Updating system, supporting the training team
- Raising of invoices
- Using CRM system for the service and repair team - Opening service jobs
- Organisaing perwork
- Keeping track of enquiries
- What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with SAP is a strong advantage (but not essential)
