You will be running a tight ship and supporting the Managing Director with business and personal affairs.

What will you do as a PA

Provide PA support to the Managing Director / Principal Solicitor
Handle both business and personal affairs
Calendar and diary management; scheduling appointments and sending reminders
Collate and index Court bundles and documents
Arranging accommodation and travel, including personal holidays
Communicating with clients and stakeholders within the Justice System

What will you need to be a PA

Ideally have experience working within the Legal Sector
Manage senior stakeholders, highly organised and used to working under pressure
Handles both business and personal affairs
Happy to be based on site
Located within 30 minutes of the office
Full cleaning driving licence and own transport
