Operations Assistant (270dm) –Salisbury, Wiltshire - £25000-£27000 DOE
Our client is after someone based in the Salisbury area to join their team as an Operations assistant.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY.
General- 3 Month Probation.
- 37 hour week.
- 25 days holiday per year (not including Bank Holidays).
- Assist Operations Manager in maintaining Delivery Schedule in line with Purchase Orders.
- Assist Operations Manager in preparation of goods for dispatch.
- Assist with product testing
- Labelling and packing of product.
- Asist Operations Manager in stock management (including stock checks).
- Assist Operations Manager in management and tidiness of unit.
- Assist Office Manager in production of invoices.
- Initially shadow Ops Manager to adopt future lead for export matters. Note: this will be to established processes and training will be given where needed; prior experience is not essential.
- Maintain SPIRE.
- Lead for Export Inspections.
- Assist BD Director and Office Manager in preparing show stands and associated equipment.
- Occasional assistance at tradeshows.
