  • Collaborate with the wider organisation to ensure project outputs are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Produce technical reports, presentations, and other deliverables that communicate findings effectively to clients.
  • Help maintain a pipeline of future consultancy work, engaging with clients and stakeholders to build long-term relationships.

We are looking for candidates with:
  • A degree in a STEM field such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Transport, Psychology, Software, Environmental Science, Physics, Mathematics, or relevant experience in a consultancy environment with applied research in a related field.
  • Depending on the role, a strong background in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods, with proven ability to apply findings to practical solutions.
  • A commercial and customer-oriented mindset, with experience in delivering client-centric solutions.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas, both verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to both the success of individual projects and broader company goals.
