Junior Administrator
We would like the Engineer for this role to be Midlands based.
What are we looking for?
We need a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Perform general office duties such as scanning, photocopying, and mailing
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents
- Help with onboarding new staff and preparing welcome materials
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly, professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Experience with calendar management or basic HR tasks
