RPS are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager with proven experience in delivering challenging projects to complement our rapidly growing team in our London office.

What you’ll be doing- Cost planning, this will include producing cost plans for commercial purposes
- Preparation of tender documents
- Preparing Construction Document
- Preparation of reports through the project process
- Pre and post contract duties on a variety of public and commercial projects
- Visiting sites to conduct assessment of interim valuations and final accounts
- Perform the role of employer’s agent or contract administration services
- Working knowledge of JCT Contract
- Ability to implement the principles of construction contract practice
- A strong desire to learn and develop professional skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- IT skills - Excel essential
- Strong Health and Safety awareness
- Pragmatic approach and ability to amend planned activities at short notice
