We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our dedicated team at the Camberley office. If you have previous experience in payroll processing or finance and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be the key contact point with our payroll provider and business managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and collating payment summaries including overtime, commissions, bonuses and personal expenses to submit to our payroll provider
- Dealing with advance payments and deductions
- Developing and maintaining appropriate calculation models for incentives and commissions
- Communicating key timelines with the businesses to ensure submissions are submitted on time
- Ensuring all appropriate approvals are captured and recorded
- Looking for ways to streamline and speed up the payroll process whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Dealing with payroll queries and maintaining the payroll inbox
- Updating records quarterly for staff with company cars
- Assisting in the completion of payroll-related forms
- Running and reviewing standard payroll and headcount reports
- Performing quality checks on payroll data
- Being involved in any ad hoc projects
- Experience in payroll processing or a general finance function
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills in particular Excel and Google Sheets
