Teacher/ Instructor of Humanities plus negotiable TLR
South Lincolnshire Academies Trust (SLAT) has an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and dynamic Teacher / Instructor of Humanities at Spalding Academy on a full or part time basis. The successful candidate will teach across the age range, including examination groups.

The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified teacher status or a willingness to work towards this;
- The ability to teach Humanities at KS3;
- The opportunity to teach at KS4;
- A willingness to teach across all humanities (History, RE, Geography);
- Specialism in one area would be an advantage whilst contributing to the wider Humanities curriculum;
- The ability to motivate students and achieve excellent results;
- Excellent organisational and ICT skills;
- Outstanding career progression opportunities;
- An awareness of effective assessment and use of data to track student progress;
- The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team;
- A passion for the subject and the ability to share this with young people.
