Financial Controller
Location: St Ives, TR26
Pay range: £50,000
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Omega is partnering with a fantastic company in the hospitality industry. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage financial reporting, ensure compliance with regulations, and guide financial strategy to support the company's growth
Key Responsibilities-Financial Controller- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial stability.
- Implement and maintain financial controls.
- Collaborate on budget preparation and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors and resolve any issues.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller (2+ years preferred).
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
- Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) advantageous but not mandatory
- Competitive salary (£50,000.00 - £53,000.00 per year)
