THE ROLE

A Corporate Lawyer is sought to join a small but very busy corporate practice.

The team currently comprises a Consultant, Partner, recently qualified Solicitor plus a trainee.

ABOUT YOU

A Corporate lawyer 3pqe+ you will assist the Partner and Consultant and mentor the recently qualified lawyer.

You will be used to working with business owners, corporates and entrepreneurs on all aspects of company and corporate law.

Your caseload will including buying and selling businesses through the full cycle as well as shareholder agreements, venture capital investments/finance, restructuring of organisations and partnership agreements
