Job Summary
The Project Administrator will provide essential administrative support to project teams, ensuring the smooth running of projects from inception to completion.
Duties- Organise project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Utilise Quick Books for financial tracking and reporting
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Manage office communications and correspondence
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for project staff
- Assist in computerising project processes for enhanced efficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Competent in administrative tasks and procedures
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with data entry processes

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per yearExperience:
