Job Description

As a Customer Service Assistant you will have your own caseload of clients and will be dealing with the remortgage process from start to finish handling a range of enquiries ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

You will be working closely with banks and lenders alongside other third parties providing support and guidance.

The role will be very fast paced will have lots of autonomy in the position and will work alongside a fantastic team.

The Successful Applicant

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

A confident and excellent telephone manner

Passionate about customer services and delivering the best experience

Good attention to detail and organisation

Able to work in a volume environment
