Academy Operations Manager

Excelsior Academy are in search of an accomplished individual to join our school as the Academy Operations Manager. This role offers a distinctive chance to exert a meaningful influence on our academy's day-to-day functions and contribute significantly to our students' success.
In this diverse position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the academy. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic operational support to the Senior Leadership team and overseeing the on-site administrative functions.
As the key person for educational visits and events, you will also contribute to managing the academy admissions process. You will have oversight of critical processes such as the single central record, visitor safeguarding coordination, and the development of school policies, external returns, and the school calendar.
As part of the senior leadership team, you will address ad-hoc staff welfare issues and work in tandem with the central people and culture team. Furthermore, you will maintain vital connections with the central estates and facilities team to ensure the academy operates safely and efficiently.Partnering with central trust finance business associates, you will contribute to managing the operational aspects of the academy budget.

Whether you have experience in operational management, office management, or a similar role, and are accustomed to handling multiple tasks and priorities, your understanding of education and the factors contributing to a school's success is indispensable for this position.
