Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator**

**Contract: Ongoing**

**About Us:**

We are working in partnership with a company based in Angus, together we are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact for our organisation and provide vital administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages as needed.
  • Liaise with various departments to provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Manage and organise incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain appointment schedules and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
** Essential for the role:**
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • PVG / Disclosure registered
