**About Us:**
We are working in partnership with a company based in Angus, together we are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact for our organisation and provide vital administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages as needed.
- Liaise with various departments to provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Manage and organise incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain appointment schedules and manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- PVG / Disclosure registered
