Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our expanding ecommerce team, who is confident and willing to learn about the business and sector we are in. The CRM & Loyalty Executive will aid the CRM Manager in developing and implementing UO’s CRM strategy across email and app channels.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for managing and creating end-to-end automated customer journeys, utilising data to drive channel and content personalisation
- Lead and develop omni-channel CRM retention strategies
- Develop data-driven hypotheses and validate them through a test and learn approach to optimise performance
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying any trends, as well as risks and opportunities
- Actively communicate and collaborate with the other departments to enable the customer-focused marketing strategy
What You'll Need:
- Relevant experience within digital marketing, ideally in email and app (push notifications, in-app messages)
- Experience of working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder advantageous)
- Experience in interrogating campaign data to understand performance of campaigns beyond the top line number
- Good understanding and experience in the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create strong cross-functional working relationships
- Basic understanding of HTML (advantageous)
- An analytical, proactive and flexible approach
- Proficient in excel
