Hours: 37 hours a week, 52.14 weeks a year
Location: Based in our regional office at Tamworth Enterprise College three days a week, with home working and travel to our head office in London as required

We're looking for a Talent Resourcing Partner to recruit for roles across the Midlands.

You're someone who'll be able to:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their core requirements and maintain a consultative approach.

You're someone who has:
- Prior recruitment experience, ideally in the education sector.
- A good understanding of data and how to use it to inform decisions.
- A strong understanding of what makes a good candidate and what makes them excellent. and what excellence looks like.
- A sense of urgency and a tenacious drive to get the best person for each role.
