Are you passionate about making a real difference in a child's life? We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to work 1:1 with a child with autism, providing personalized support tailored to their unique needs and strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent, structured support to encourage the child's engagement and progress in the classroom.
- Implement strategies that foster positive behaviours and support the child’s emotional and social development.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to adapt resources and activities for optimal learning.
About You:
- Previous experience in autism support or behavioural intervention is highly desirable.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to nurturing a positive learning environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff and the child’s family.
