Contract: Part Time, Permanent – Term Time only, plus Inset Days
Hours: 23 hours per week. Flexible regarding the hours worked, but one day must be Friday.
Salary: Grade B - £25,136 - £27,398 per annum
Actual Salary: £13,379 per annum

Woodlands Academy are currently searching for an administration assistant to join their busy and supportive team.Under the direction of senior staff, the Administration Assistant will provide general administrative and clerical support to the academy. They will be expected to undertake administrative tasks such as reception duties, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and ordering stationary as well as some targeted admin support for specific areas such as admissions, work experience etc.
At all times, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the academy.
Woodlands Academy is a single form entry primary school, with a nursery provision situation in Stockwood, Bristol. Our school is hidden off the main road, but has amazing school grounds with extensive field space, a forest area, a garden and three ponds.
