Recruitment Consultant- Construction and Civils experienceCompetitive basic salary with a first year realistic OTE 70 000 second year OTE 100 000 (excluding equity bonus) Are you a proven biller looking to progress your career into management internationally or to new heights of personal earnings EWI a market leading international recruitment consultancy are looking to hire an experienced recruitment consultant with construction or similar industry experience to join our International Team based in Central London This role will create the next generation of big billing consultants and managers with existing divisions to take control of and a fast track scheme into proven desks There is no ceiling to your progression your success will determine your future EWI is an exciting company to join we are rapidly growing and this is creating lots of opportunities for those who really stand out Could this be you The scheme - Bespoke senior training program is designed to nurture key skills and develop the depth of knowledge required to be a top billing consultant
- You will be teamed up with some of the industry s leading consultants to support your learning every step of the way
- Desks are not start ups we have teams producing in excess of 600k per annum seeking leadership and experiene
- Access to higher margin lower barrier lesser competition markets with massive potential to earn
