Senior Tax Analyst- Corporation Tax
On behalf of their client, a globally recognised organisation with over 250 years of rich history, they are seeking a dedicated Senior Corporation Tax Analyst. The successful candidate will have the privilege to work alongside industry leaders, providing direct support to the UK-based Senior Tax Managers in matters of UK and International Taxes.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Corporation Tax Analyst, your role will be instrumental in supporting both UK Corporation and International taxes. You'll be involved in various aspects from compliance and reporting to advisory roles. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with the UK tax compliance process, coordinating R&D tax credit claims, researching corporation tax updates, among others.You'll also play a crucial role in international tax matters such as preparing inputs for the transfer pricing model and managing international tax risks.
- Support with the UK tax compliance process, including preparation of UK tax disclosures and returns
- Coordinate and prepare the R&D tax credit claim
- Research and present on Corporation Tax updates and areas of interest
- Assist with the annual UK group reporting process for the global business
- Work on forecasting, particularly in relation to the global effective tax rate, and global tax payments
- Prepare key inputs to the transfer pricing model
- Assist with global Transfer Pricing documentation, methodology and monitoring
- Manage International Tax Risk including global business travel monitoring

The ideal candidate for this Senior Corporation Tax Analyst position brings robust analytical skills coupled with excellent communication abilities. You are detail-oriented, ensuring high levels of accuracy in your work. With at least 3 years' experience in a corporate tax-related role, you possess an in-depth understanding of UK tax laws and regulations.Your proficiency in using tax software and Microsoft Excel will be essential for this role. A professional qualification in taxation is required (CTA, ACA or ACCA). Familiarity with international tax treaties will be advantageous.
