Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and providing student support.
- Work with students who may need additional help, offering one-on-one or small group assistance.
- Promote a positive learning environment and encourage student participation.
- Help maintain classroom discipline and support students’ well-being.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students and teachers.
- A passion for helping students succeed in their learning.
