You'll play a critical role in supporting the full HR lifecycle-from onboarding to compliance-while contributing to the ongoing evolution of best practices.Key Responsibilities:As the HR Advisor, you will:
Deliver comprehensive administrative and advisory support across all HR functionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and employee recordsAct as a trusted point of contact for employee and manager HR queries, ensuring prompt and professional responsesSupport probation reviews, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processesEnsure all HR compliance and legal documentation is complete and audit-readyCoordinate and assist with recruitment activities, including issuing offer letters and contractsPrepare reference letters and manage exit documentationReview and update HR policies to remain compliant with the latest legislationMonitor shared inboxes and ensure documentation aligns with internal quality management systemsProvide managers with relevant templates and guidance as neededSupport ad hoc projects, including compliance audits and data reportingStay informed of current HR trends and legislation to enhance internal practices
What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 3 years' generalist HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or commercial environmentStrong HR administration and documentation management skillsConfident managing recruitment processes end-to-endProficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookExcellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with a high level of professionalismExceptional organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced settingDiscreet, trustworthy, and confident working autonomouslyPositive, can-do attitude and a collaborative team player
