About the Role:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
- Supervise and engage students in their learning in the absence of their regular teacher.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Adapt to different classroom environments and build positive relationships with students and staff.
Who We're Looking For:
- Ideal for graduates with LSA experience looking to develop their teaching experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their education.
- Confidence to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple classroom settings.
- Applicants must be UK residents with the right to work in the UK.
