Hourly Rate: £12.21 - £13ph + Holiday, Pension & Adecco Benefits
Working Pattern: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday - 40 hrs per week

Our client in the Agricultural industry is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator for a temporary - permanent position. If you're ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
Due to location of the company - own transport is desired for this role as public transport is not accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update sales orders using our operating systems.
- Log and manage customer complaints through the internal database.
- Produce insightful production reports based on sales data.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a 'customer-centric' approach.
- Monitor product availability and proactively solve supply issues.
- Handle new enquiries and sales requests efficiently, adhering to company standards.
- Represent the organisation professionally at all times.
- Collaborate with internal departments for optimal packing methods.
- Monitor transport routes and departmental KPIs.
- Support dispatch and logistics operations as part of the distribution team.
