Join Tersus Consultancy as an Administrator!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented administrator to support our operational team in delivering exceptional services. This is a Monday-Friday role working 37.5 hours from our office in York. (YO30). We are paying up to £26,500 dependent on experience.
Requirements
What will you be doing?- Assist with the day-to-day duties of Administration and Operations
- Schedule and book work with clients, ensuring the field staff diaries are planned efficiently
- Dealing with our clients over the phone and via email
- Report production and report checking
- Issuing reports and certificates to the clients to ensure deadlines are met
- Updating internal and client data bases
- Understand planning KPI’s
- Previous experience in a similar position would be beneficial
- Be confident to pick up the phone
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- IT literate with experience using Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
- Keen, motivated and reliable
- Professional phone manner, friendly and approachable personality
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays – increasing to 25 with length of service.
