  1. 5 hours per week, term time - 39 weeks per year.The Governing Body, staff, and pupils seek to appoint an enthusiastic, committed family engagement officer who can support our families and pupils.The successful candidate will:
  • effectively engage and work closely with families, staff, pupils and the wider community to motivate pupils to reach their full potential.
  • have the ability to work as part of a team and have close liaison between teaching staff and parents.
  • be responsible for working with families and pupils with the aim of improving attendance across the school.
  • be able to work alongside outside agencies and the local community supporting families and pupils.
  • be responsible in providing nurture provision for pupils.
  • have excellent communication, organisational and record keeping skills.
