Science Teacher – Secondary School – Audenshaw – September Start
Teaching Personnel is currently working with an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Audenshaw, well-regarded for its welcoming environment, diverse student body, and strong academic focus. The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join their thriving Science Department on a full-time basis starting in September.

Role Overview:
- Delivering high-quality lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Planning, preparing, and assessing engaging lessons that spark curiosity and promote scientific thinking
- Supporting students of varying abilities to achieve their potential, including preparation for GCSE Science examinations
- Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to a forward-thinking and supportive Science Department
- Creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment that fosters a love of learning
- Participating in departmental meetings, whole-school CPD, and extracurricular science opportunities
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Strong knowledge and confidence teaching Science across all disciplines at secondary level
- Passionate about inspiring young people through creative and effective teaching
- Commitment to professional development and contributing to the wider school community
- An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
