Job Description- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Take a proactive approach in responding to customer inquiries quickly and effectively. This includes providing quotes on the products and suggesting alternative solutions to meet customer needs when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure key accounts are maintained and strengthened.
- Regularly follow up on quotes and sales leads to identify new opportunities for selling products and services.
- Use the company's CRM system to accurately record data and process orders according to company guidelines.
- Prepare monthly reports on sales results, market trends, and customer updates.
- Accurately prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, such as customer service, finance, logistics, production, and product management.
- Stay aware of market trends, potential threats, and growth opportunities to find new business prospects.
- Meet individual sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Comply with the company's Quality Assurance (QA) and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Perform any other duties as needed for the role.

A successful Internal Sales / Account Manager should have:
