Job Description

As a Payroll administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee and manage payroll processing and distribution
  • Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws and regulations
  • Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
  • Process data concerning new employees, promotions, transfers and terminations
  • Develop systems to process payroll account transactions
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Accounting teams
  • Address employees' queries regarding payroll
  • Continually update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

  • Proficient knowledge in payroll software
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • The ability to manage time and prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
