Job Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will:

• Advise clients on a range of real estate matters including investment, development, and disposals
• Manage your own caseload of files while supporting senior team members on large projects
• Supervise junior lawyers and support their professional development
• Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives for the team
• Collaborate with major corporate clients from diverse sectors, including retail, technology, and energy

The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Real Estate
• Experienced in handling complex real estate transactions, including investment, development, and disposals
• Comfortable working independently and managing a varied caseload
• Proactive in supporting junior team members and contributing to team growth
• Likely to be working for a large regional, national or international law firm
• An excellent communicator, both with clients and internal stakeholders

• An attractive salary package, estimated between £75000 and £85000.
