The successful candidate:
We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Science Teacher. This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled communicator with a passion for Science who is able to inspire our students and reinforce their love for Science and learning. This will provide an exciting and challenging opportunity for a graduate team player with a Science background wishing to set out on their teaching career journey across KS3 - KS5 and make a real impact on further driving up attainment and progress within Science.
The successful candidate will have a passionate belief in the ability for all to succeed. They will be a conscientious and enthusiastic team player keen to join a vibrant department. The successful candidate will be joining our successful, supportive, well-resourced and fully qualified Science team.This will enable you to deliver your Science lessons across the Academy with confidence.
At Magna Academy we guide and nurture our staff and pupils in equal measure. We encourage best practice through CPD through weekly sessions designed to boost your teaching career and also provide mentoring. In-house research-lead CPD includes raising the attainment of underachieving groups and cognitive science
We are looking for a highly motivated, outstanding individual with a strong presence, who is ambitious for students, their colleagues and the academy. Ultimately, we are looking for a committed apprentice teacher with an uncompromising belief that all students deserve an outstanding education.They will uphold our inclusive ethos and provide opportunities for all students to progress well.
