MediTalent have an exciting opportunity for experienced Staff Nurse / Hospice Paramedic to join our client in their hospice in Kent. You will be a part of the multidisciplinary and help to maintain a high level of care and safety for patients with terminal illnesses including Cancer, Dementia, Organ Failure and Neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
To deliver personalised care to patients by planning, implementing and evaluating care pathways.Administrate medication, including injectables as per patients’ needs
Support and lead new staff/students/nursing assistants
Be responsible for overseeing the running of shifts in the In-Patient Wards by delivering care to patients having procedure and liaising with other care providers to ensure everything is running smoothly
The right candidate will have:
Nursing/paramedic experienceA valid NMC Pin
Strong abilities in organisation and planning
